How do I turn on my SmartHub Gateway?
Connect your Gateway to power using one of the included power options. Move the Gateway power switch to the IN position to turn it on.
What are my options for powering the SmartHub Gateway?
The Universal Power Kit gives you multiple ways to power your Gateway:
- Connect to an available 12V vehicle power outlet using the included 12V vehicle power adapter.
- Connect directly to your RV's 12V power system using the included 12V direct-wire pigtail.
- Connect to an AC wall outlet using the included AC wall adapter and USB power cable.
Connecting the Gateway to your RV's 12V power system also enables its built-in house battery voltage monitoring.

How do I silence an active Gateway alarm?
You can silence an active alarm by disarming it through the SmartHub Sensors app. You can also press the Wi-Fi button on the Gateway once
Can I manage my subscription?
Admins can manage their own SmartHub Sensors subscription, including supported options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. An Admin cannot view or manage another Admin's subscription.
