What’s the difference between the door chime and the alarm siren?
They are separate functions.
The door chime is a “ding-dong” sound the Gateway can make when a monitored door or hatch opens.
The alarm siren sounds when the alarm is armed in Stay or Away mode and a monitored Door & Hatch Contact Sensor is triggered.
Turning off the door chime does not disable the alarm siren.
