What happens if a monitored door opens when the alarm isn’t armed?
If the door chime is enabled, the Gateway plays a “ding-dong” when the monitored door opens. If the chime is disabled, the Gateway remains silent.
Can I monitor more than one battery?
Yes. Your SmartHub Sensors RV Alarm & Monitoring Kit can monitor two batteries right out of the box.
When connected to your RV's 12V power system, the Gateway can monitor the house battery. You can then use the included external RV Battery Voltage Sensor to monitor another battery of your choice.
Additional compatible RV Battery Voltage Sensors can be added if you want to monitor more batteries.

If multiple people monitor my RV, do we all have to use the same settings?
No. Each user has independent alert thresholds and notification preferences. For example, two people monitoring the same RV can choose different temperature or battery-voltage alert
Are subscription payments refundable?
No. Subscription payments are non-refundable. Canceling prevents your next automatic renewal but does not provide a refund for the current paid subscription period.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of your selected billing period unless you cancel it.
